Here is how to stop receiving messages from Onerlaw LLC. Both options below work, and neither costs you anything.
Text messages
Reply STOP to any message you have received from us. This is the fastest way and it takes effect immediately — you will get one confirmation message and then nothing further to that number. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT all work the same way.
If you want to start again later, reply START or UNSTOP to the same number.
No longer have the message? Email derek@onerlaw.com from any address, or include the mobile number you want removed, and we will remove it by hand. We aim to do this within one business day.
Reply HELP or INFO to any message, or email the address above, if you need help rather than removal.
Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any non-transactional email, or email derek@onerlaw.com and ask to be removed.
Deleting your information
Unsubscribing stops the messages. If you also want us to delete the information we hold about you, say so in your email and we will delete it — see our Privacy Policy for what we keep and for how long.
What we send
Our only SMS program is account notifications for registered users of the Onerlaw dashboard: one message each morning reporting your spending so far that week against your budget and the current balance of each linked account, plus the same summary on demand whenever you ask for it. About seven messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. We never send marketing or promotional texts. Full terms are in our Terms of Service.
